Audubon offers a superb
location and the promise of being one of the most exclusive
neighborhoods on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located in the northern-most
corner of
Collier County, this community stretches from west of U.S.41 to
the protected mangrove preserves in Little Hickory Bay.
The property includes environmentally sensitive costal areas and
delicate estuaries, with approximately half of the development preserved
in its natural state. A limited number of residential dwellings will
ensure a low density in the community and the golf course. Views are
given priority and every estate home, villa, or low rise garden
residence overlooks the golf course, lakes, or a natural preserve area.
An island theme is evident in the array of enchanting street names, such
as Portsmouth Court and Pembrook Place.
Renowned golf architect Joe Lee designed the 18-hole 6,621 yard
championship
golf course. The 36,000 square foot clubhouse is
accompanied by 8 har-true tennis courts, a 25-meter pool, two croquet
courts and the Audubon Beach and Tennis Club.
Memberships at Audubon are
reserved for residents of the community only.
